Kirsty has over 15 years' experience in administration and managerial positions.
In her early 20s, Kirsty traveled the world working as a cabin crew member for Etihad, living and working in Abu Dhabi. Her welcoming nature, friendly smile and calming presence projected her through many challenging situations - she became a seasoned negotiator and mediator. She possesses a deep understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service and the role that end-to-end support plays in guiding clients from the point of inquiry to system handover.
During the pandemic in 2020, like so many others during the unprecedented period, Kirsty's role in education was made redundant. Fortunately, her key aims and objectives in this role had been fulfilled by delivering a new nursery for Clifton College, Bristol to the high standards expected of OFSTED. Undeterred, she decided to enroll on a Masters in Business and Administration (MBA), whilst maintaining the role of a mum of 2 toddlers and also now holding down a new full-time role. Finally, having grown a second set of arms, she also project managed an 18-month residential house refurbishment which is now a prestigious holiday let in the center of Cheltenham. It must be noted that, although there were several ongoing challenges developing simultaneously, Kirsty achieved a Distinction on a Global MBA course; an incredible achievement.
Kirsty is responsible for the everyday running of Potentia Engineering, where she is best placed owing to her prestigious qualifications in business and administration, as well as her adept organisation and communications skills. She also plays a role in the technical administration required to scope materials and array yields.
